Jasper Ridge 2025 Pinot Gris
A bright, expressive wine that showcases the elegance of Waiheke’s Mediterranean climate. On the nose, fresh aromas of ripe pear and white peach lead, underscored by subtle floral hints and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is clean and vibrant, with a silky texture and balanced acidity that carries the stone fruit flavours through to a lingering, mineral-driven finish. Both refreshing and refined, perfect for summer sipping or pairing with seafood and light pastas.
