After the weather events in ‘23, it was great to see a long hot and sun-drenched start to the season that (broadly) tracked through to our last pick of the year on the 9th April.
This week we reached a bit of a milestone, selling out of our first vintage ‘23 Jasper Ridge Rosé after our launch last November. We celebrated with a wine and cheese tasting at Waiheke Real Estate in Oneroa alongside the superb team from High Culture who produce vegan nut cheese.
How fast has this year gone?! March is already upon us, and what a difference a year makes. The long sunny days means that the fruit is looking really good, and those passing by the vines may well see some picking activity next month, which will be for our 2024 Rosé.
Built-in to our way of thinking is how we can best maintain the land and our surroundings to the best of our ability.
